No Refunds
All payments made to HelloSivi are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or credits for:
Partially used subscription periods
Unused credits or features
Any other services or fees paid
By purchasing a subscription or any services from HelloSivi, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
Cancellation
You may cancel your HelloSivi subscription at any time through your account settings.
Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
You will continue to have access to HelloSivi until the subscription period ends.
No prorated refunds will be issued for cancellations made before the end of the billing period.
Account Suspension or Termination
If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service or any other agreement:
You will not be entitled to any refunds, credits, or compensation for unused time, content, or data.
Any remaining access to the service will be revoked immediately.
Exceptional Circumstances
We may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following rare situations:
Accidental duplicate charges
Billing errors on our part
