Initiate the conversation with Sivi AI Designer. When it prompts, click Sign in with connect.sivi.ai and signup/login via Google account or magic link.

Image URL issues:
Ensure the image URL for uploaded/generated images is correct. Right-click the image and copy the address before adding it to the prompt (this feature is only available on the ChatGPT web app).
Incorrect design links:
If you receive dummy design links, prompt Sivi to submit the request properly and provide a valid link.
Insufficient credits:
If the API throws an error due to insufficient credits, buy credits and resubmit the request.
Design brief JSON error:
In rare cases, the design brief JSON might have errors (language, dimensions, etc.). If you encounter this, please contact Sivi support for assistance.

ChatGPT plugins don’t have the option to download the images directly. It requires you to copy-paste image URLs.
02I submitted a request, but, I didn’t get the designs.
It might be because of one of the following reasons:
- Generation failed (review the design brief json).
- Generation request not submitted properly (resubmit)
- You haven't prompted to display the generated designs (wait two minutes and then ask Sivi to show them).
03Should I be a ChatGPT Plus user to use Sivi GPT?
You don't need ChatGPT Plus to use Sivi GPT, except for image generation. Free ChatGPT users cannot generate images yet, but Sivi will offer this feature soon.
04Why can’t I generate images?
ChatGPT restricts free users from generating images. We will soon support image generation with Sivi.
